Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical goals.
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and related tools.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports that communicate insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data integrity and proper data model design.
- Present insights and findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, actionable manner.
- Support decision-making processes by delivering timely and accurate data analysis.
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Adapt to rapidly changing client needs and participate in agile project environments.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation, and sharing reports.
- Solid understanding of data analysis workflows, data cleansing, and basic statistical techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and client-facing environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with data visualization best practices.
- Bonus: Experience with Python, R, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.
- Bonus: Knowledge of database design or ETL processes is an advantage.
