Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to design and develop modern, user-friendly web applications using Angular or other modern frameworks. These applications will serve as integral components of our enterprise Big Data platform. The ideal candidate will work independently within established guidelines and collaborate with team leaders to estimate effort, develop plans, and execute tasks accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop web-based applications using Angular or other modern frameworks as part of the enterprise Big Data platform.
- Write high-quality, maintainable TypeScript/JavaScript code following best practices and coding standards.
- Implement comprehensive testing and conduct code reviews to ensure quality deliverables.
- Optimize application performance for large-scale data visualization and big data displays.
- Work independently within task guidelines established by management.
- Collaborate with team leaders to estimate effort, develop plans/schedules, and perform tasks according to the plan.
- Partner with back-end developers and stakeholders to integrate APIs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
- Support implementation teams and partners in integrating front-end components into their solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Front-End Developer.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Angular; experience with other frameworks (React, Vue) is a plus.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, testing frameworks, and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and debugging tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team working experience.
- Understanding of big data concepts and analytics workflows is a plus.
