Position Overview:
We are looking for a people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing team at Blendata. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and employees to drive engagement, understand team needs, and support key people initiatives. This is an opportunity for high-potential candidates who enjoy working with people and want to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between employees and management to ensure effective communication
- Work closely with business leaders to support team needs and HR initiatives
- Engage with employees to understand feedback and improve employee experience
- Support HRBP activities such as performance management and employee relations
- Assist in driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with teams to strengthen company culture and internal communication
- Provide insights and recommendations based on employee feedback
Requirement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take ownership
- Empathetic with strong listening skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of Thai and English
